REFUND POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through Project Starscape's online shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

REFUNDS

All sales from our shop are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at shop@projectstarscape.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product has been damaged or altered in any way.

We request you to make an unboxing video as proof in case of any report regarding damages. We shall NOT refund the products if the video is not provided as evidence.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for any products purchased through our shop. If you would like to purchase a different product, you will need to place a new order through our website.

SHIPPING COSTS

We do not refund shipping costs for any orders that have been shipped. If you receive a defective product and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the cost of the product only.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving the defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
